Sorry for the huge gap between updates… gonna try to be more active.

I haven’t created any digital paintings casually since 2008. (Day job and playing alot of videos games takes up alot of time :p)

This work was just something I had in my head after doing a bunch of anatomy sketching and thinking about a friend who has recently

I’ve been trying to improve my process and color selection too.  Progress animation at the bottom.

I’ve been trying to develop a groove of disciplined sketching, a few days a week, to hopefully improve my knowledge of anatomy (or atleast something to do during the downtime between work and projects or no ideas). Nothing too clean. Just developed enough to prove to myself that I can go further if I wanted to.

This is about a weekend worth of sporadic drawing; some with reference some without.

Need to find time for that life drawing session.
